Objetivo General Diseñar e implementar un modelo de intervención pertinente y focalizado para prevenir y mitigar el impacto de la violencia comunitaria en niños y niñas y equipos educativos de los jardines infantiles situados en contextos con altos niveles de violencia comunitaria, que promueva su seguridad y el bienestar integral, y el cual considere la participación de los diversos actores de la comunidad educativa y otros (niños/as, equipos educativos, familias, actores comunitarios del contexto) en su diseño e implementación, considerando el marco de los Enfoques de Derechos y de Género. Objetivos Específicos 1. Describir el fenómeno de la violencia y su impacto en las comunidades educativas que formen parte del programa piloto, identificando sus necesidades y recursos. 2. Diseñar e implementar un programa de apoyo socioemocional que permita abordar de manera preventiva, así como mitigar, los efectos negativos de situaciones de violencia comunitaria que se viven en los entornos de jardines infantiles, involucrando en todo el proceso la participación activa de las comunidades educativas y promoviendo el trabajo en red y la cohesión social. 3. Fortalecer conocimientos, habilidades y competencias en familias y equipos de trabajo (educativos, territoriales, regionales y/o jefaturas) que permitan promover factores protectores a nivel individual y comunitario, con foco en la seguridad, bienestar integral y socioemocional de niños y niñas. 4. Monitorear y sistematizar el proceso de implementación del programa, proponiendo estrategias de mejora en sus distintos componentes a fin de proyectar su escalabilidad a nivel institucional.
