Description

The program will finance the strengthening of the capacities in the agricultural innovation system for the generation and transfer of new technologies. The general objective is to contribute to sustained productivity gains in Peru’s agriculture sector. The purpose is strengthening the quality of services provided by INIA and other actors in the innovation system in order to enhance generation and transfer of new technologies to producers. Status: Approved by the Board on 27 November 2013. Estimated total cost: US$ 82 million. Loan amount: US$ 40 million. Executing agency: Ministerio de Agricultura.
