Performance Appraisal System and Assessment Tool

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the Centre) hereby invites consultants to submit Expression of Interests (EOIs) for the contract “Performance Appraisal System and Assessment Tool”.

All suitably qualified persons are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) covering the points outlined in the TOR and accompanied by the following application documents:

Letter of motivation outlining motivation and how your experience, skills, qualifications, and professional networks fit with the required job description.
Technical Proposal to include:
Proposed methods and approaches to be used, demonstrating feasibility, soundness, and practicability and workplan (5 pages maximum)
Curriculum vitae or resume of Key Expert with full details of experience, achievements, qualification, and contact details of project references
Reference letters from previous clients as evidence of previous related work successfully conducted
Financial Proposal to include:
Budget inclusive of breakdown of costs for key activities (The amount should include Professional fees, cost of branded items, delivery of branded items to the Center, tax obligation and profits).

The deadline for the submission of EOIs is 2:00pm (GMT-6 Belize Time), Wednesday 27 March 2024.
