LOAN-4411 IND: Building India's Clean Plant Program - FM Expert - Financial Management Expert (57041-001)

Objectives: The objective of the services is to assist the National Horticulture Board (NHB – the PMU) in providing practical advice in (i) all financial matters referred; (ii) to perform functions of internal control; and (iii) to assist internal and statutory auditors. The scope includes monitoring project financial statements, ensuring proper record-keeping, improving financial management systems, supporting project teams in budget preparation, and aiding with internal audits. The purpose is to ensure effective financial management and reporting in adherence to ADB guidelines within the context of NHB's operations.
