  1. The Public Institution State University of Moldova in the Republic of Moldova received sub-financing from the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova within the Program for the Improvement of Higher Education in Moldova, implemented within the project "Higher Education in Moldova" and intends to apply part of the financial means for payments based on the Sub-financing Agreement no.: MD-MOED-6542-ASF-U-09 of 24.10.2022 for the realization of the sub-project Valorization of the consolidated school-university partnership "Educational Cluster" in the training of teaching staff. 
  1. Under the sub-financing agreement, part of the allocated funds will be used to finance the contract awarded for the purchase of air conditioning and ventilation systems. 
  1. The Public Institution State University of Moldova from the Republic of Moldova invites eligible economic operators to submit sealed bids for the purchase of:

The purchase will be carried out through the request for quotations (RFQ) procedure, as specified in the "World Bank Regulation on Purchases for Debtors Financing Investment Projects - Purchases under Investment Projects with the Financing of Goods, Works, Non- Consultancy and Consultancy", from 1 July 2016, revised on 1 November 2017 and 1 August 2018 (hereinafter referred to as " Procurement Regulation"); and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the prenotat Procurement Regulations.
