Description

NCA is inviting a broad spectrum of companies and other actors, such as technical universities and non-profits, to a “Market dialogue” that will enrich the innovation process with the largest possible range of ideas and potential solutions. This process will include three sessions during which interested partners will have the opportunity to better understand the challenges of Aid workers and the communities that we help.

The market dialogue will inform a tender document for an open call for proposals for the selection of the most relevant partner for the project. NCA will then hire the selected company for the development of the solution and technical support related to it.

There will be several opportunities to participate in the market dialogue.

Potential suppliers may participate in one or more of the following activities:

First information session:

Online dialogue and co-design session:

Dialogue and co-design session in Dar es Salam:

17th April 2024

8th May 2024

22nd May 2024

NCA can cover travel expenses for maximum 7 international participants for this session.

If you are interested to apply for funding, please select the provided box in the registration form below or let us know by e-mail

Call for tenders’ publication: 29th May 2024

Participating in the market dialogue will not prevent potential partners from bidding for the contract. Participating in the process can help potential partners to make a relevant proposal, however, participation alone will not confer an advantage in the procurement selection process.

While NCA will promote the tool internally and among like-minded organizations, a private sector partner could market the product and expand its use to other potentially interested clients outside of the aid sector.

Therefore, we are looking for a committed partner interested in continuing the partnership to scale the solution and expand it to other users on the middle term.
