Introduction :

Renovation works for the basement floor in the MoI building in Ramallah. The nature of the works is rehabilitation works in the Palestinian Ministry of Interior (MoI) building in Ramallah, basement -1 floor. The floor is currently used as offices, the rehabilitation works intend to remodel the floor to be used as the 911 call center. The renovation works include demolishing existing partitions, building new partitions, including all finishing, electrical and mechanical works, all in accordance with the drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and technical specifications.
