The Consultant shall compile a Feasibility Study that shall contain the design of the project envisaged to address the challenges of ECD and gender-based violence and violence against children in the city of Cape Town, South Africa. The objective of the feasibility study is to develop a roadmap of measures on how to improve ECD in former townships and informal settlements, and to reduce gender-based violence as well as violence against children.
