Realizar un análisis comparativo del trabajo realizado por las Oficinas de Protección de Derechos y las funciones asignadas por la Ley 21.430 a las Oficinas Locales de Niñez, en especial, el alcance, temáticas y nudos críticos que deben abordarse en las intervenciones con las familias para prevenir la vulneración de derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes y en el traspaso de sus funciones dentro de la administración municipal.
