La Banque Centrale des Etats de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (BCEAO) lance, pour son Centre de formation (Centre Ouest Africain de Formation et d'Etudes Bancaires), un appel d'offres relatif à la sélection d'un prestataire pour la mise à disposition d’une résidence de location en vue de l’hébergement des stagiaires du COFEB.
