Objective and Purpose of the Assignment

The main objectives of the consultancy are to provide: i) Understanding the vision and objectives of PTDP, and in tandem with the laws of the country the consultancy services shall support the establishment of a comprehensive and effective township management system at par with global best practices. The consultancy firm shall assist DHI/CDCL to institute an entity, help implement best governance options, handhold and stabilize it. ii) Deliver township management plans and systems including but not limited to human resources management, investments & financial management, public relations, O&M of infrastructure, engineering, environmental protection, information technology systems, civic services, social services, planning, public safety, and contract management. iii) Identify the capacity development needs and implement the training programs to the identified Township Management staff.
