1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tax Administration and Statistical System Modernization Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for «Procurement of electronic Archiving, Primary Modular Data and LAN Center Equipment, Secondary and Backup Data Center Equipment, Data and Network Security Software, Video Surveilance Equipment, Hyperconverged Server Solution». For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
2. Hereby, the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic invites eligible bidders to submit bids in sealed envelopes for the supply of:

Lot No. 1 – Engineering infrastructure of 3 Data centers

Lot No. 2- Hyperconverged Infrastructure

Lot No. 3 – NSC data center network

Lot No. 4 - Information Security Systems

1. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” – dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations, who meet minimum qualification criteria.
2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project management unit “TASSMP” of the NSC KR, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08:30 to 17:30 hours at the address given below:

1. The bidding document in English language can be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written request to the address below. The bidding document will be for no payment in PDF, which will be sent by email.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15:00 (Bishkek time) June 25, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 15:00 (Bishkek time) June 25, 2024.
