Supply and Installation of solar system in 29 Cells and health post facilities.

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda is seeking a service provider to supply and install solar energy systems in 29 cell offices and health posts in off-grid zones across Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern provinces of Rwanda. This initiative aims to improve service delivery at the local government and cell levels, enhance service accessibility to women, youth, persons with disabilities, and the elderly, and build the capacity of selected staff on the maintenance of the solar systems. The project will address the energy access challenges in rural areas, enabling communities to gain consistent, affordable energy for vital services like healthcare and education, thereby promoting economic opportunities and fostering social cohesion.
