PROJECT NAME: PINEDALE ROOF REPLACEMENTS
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Base Bid for this project includes all labor, materials and equipment to perform selective demolition and to provide and install sheet metal roofing for the Pinedale dwellings (or housing units). Option items include repair of existing roof sheathing and removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingle roofing, underlayment, roof accessories, soffits, fascia, trim and flashing and provide and install full roof self-adhering sheet underlayment, flashing, soffits and standing seam metal roofing at Sites 2A and 2B in Big Piney, WY.
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000.
