This is a PRESOLICITATION announcement. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov on or around July 19, 2024.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Grangeville Air Center Warehouse, Fenn Ranger Station, and Kamiah Bunkhouse HVAC replacements: Work for this project consists of providing labor and materials to remove existing, propane dual fuel heat pump in Grangeville, 2 residential heat pumps, an office heat pump and an oil furnace, and associated fuel tank removal at Fenn Ranger Station, and oil furnace and associated tank in Kamiah. Replacing them with a new propane dual fuel heat pump in Grangeville, 2 residential heat pumps, an office heat pump and a new heat pump for a bunkhouse at Fenn Ranger Station, and new heat pump at Kamiah Bunkhouse.
PROJECT LOCATION: This project is for the Nez Perce - Clearwater National Forests and locations are Grangeville, Idaho, Fenn Ranger station east of Kooskia, Idaho, and Kamiah, Idaho.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: It is anticipated that work can will be August - October.
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION (per FAR 36.204(b)): Between $100,000 and $250,000.
