AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 2 2024 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the requirement based on the Statement of Work and firm Event dates. The 2025 G7 Leaders’ Summit will be held in Kananaskis, Alberta. In accordance with international practice, the host government reserves hotel accommodations for participants from each delegation. To this end, and to ensure availability that meets the needs of such an event, Canada is seeking interest from hotels with the capacity and availability to provide commercial accommodation services in Calgary, Canmore, Banff and Bow Valley.
