Introduction

Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal UNDP-UKR-00889: 499_Provision of services to support local communities in enhancing their communications capacities in the context of the local recovery planning.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. if you have an account, please log in by following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using your username and password. User the forgotten password/username feature if you do not remember them. If you do not have an account already, you can register one following this link: Supplier Registration (oraclecloud.com)

All the bidders are strongly encouraged to initiate the supplier registration in Quantum system at least three days before the tender deadline.

The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on July 31, 2024 at 12:30 AM (Kyiv time) via Zoom.

Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, list of attending representatives and their contact information at the following e-mail: procurement.ua@undp.org

ATTENTION: Proposal shall be submitted only through Quantum Supplier Portal for online eTendering. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
