Notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2

This is a total (100%) small business set-aside. NAICS code is 532411 - Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing, which has a size standard of $45.5 million. For more information on size standards, visit http://www.sba.gov/size.

NRCS Louisiana has a requirement to lease airboats with qualified operators for use primarily by NRCS Water Resources Staff, Watershed Construction Offices, and Field Offices to perform field reconnaissance, surveying, construction stakeout and checks, and inspection activities to support coastal restoration activities throughout areas along Louisiana Coast.

Coastal area extends from Texas border to Mississippi border and south of a line extending along Interstate 10 and Interstate 12. Special emphasis during operation of vessels shall be safety of crew and passengers.

Offeror shall possess a working knowledge of Louisiana coastline, including launch and fuel sites.

Farm Production and Conservation Business Center intends to award up to ten (10) multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements with a 5 year ordering period.
