SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project, (ACReSAL) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Contractor Establishment of 313.12 hectares of woodlot plantation (Orchard, Roadside and recreational park) at the Muhammadu Buhari Industrial Park Gombe State.

2. The Gombe State Ministry of Environment Water and Forest Resources, Represented by Gombe State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACReSAL), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Contractor Establishment of 313.12 hectares of woodlot plantation (Orchard, Roadside and recreational park) at the Muhammadu Buhari Industrial Park Gombe State.

3. Bidding will be conducted through International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Forty Thousand Naira (N40,000.00).
