Gender Equality (GE) Analysis at Community Level

Objectives: The objective of the tender is to hire individual consultants, firms, or organizations to conduct Gender Equality Analysis under the GRiVET Project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC). The analyses focus on gender equality at the community and industry levels, aiming to address gender disparities, promote equal access to vocational education, and enhance employable skills for underprivileged individuals, particularly women, girls, persons with disabilities, and ethnic minorities in Bangladesh. The ultimate goal is to develop a gender-responsive TVET ecosystem to support decent work opportunities.
