Request for Tenders: NZ MFAT funded Loss and Damage Capacity and Capability Project – National Coordinator – Federated State of Micronesia (FSM)

Objectives: The Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) is inviting tenders from experienced consultants to serve as the National Coordinator for the Loss and Damage Capacity and Capability (LDCC) Project in the Federated States of Micronesia. The project, funded by New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), aims to enhance the region's ability to manage climate change-induced loss and damage by improving data collection, analysis, and informed decision-making for future investments. Key activities include organizing national dialogues, building the capacity of local NGOs and CSOs, and ensuring alignment with existing policies and national adaptation plans.
