Cybersecurity Support in the International Financial Sector

Objectives: The Government intends to solicit for cybersecurity subject matter expertise to foreign governments, financial sector entities, and virtual asset service providers. The focus is on combatting theft and money-laundering within cryptocurrency exchanges and virtual asset service providers. The contracted cybersecurity provider will assist in implementing sanctions-related measures and provide expertise, consultancy, incident response, and forensic analysis within specified timelines. A SECRET clearance for a Program Manager is required. The contract is anticipated to be full and open with capabilities statements accepted for market research.
