Construction d'un dortoir pour l'Ecole de la garde nationale à Rosso UNODC

Objectives: The tender aims to construct a dormitory at the National Guard School in Rosso, encompassing major works like plumbing, waterproofing, carpentry, electricity, tiling, and painting. It includes the installation of necessary infrastructure such as metallic and aluminum joineries, strong and weak current electric installations, sanitary plumbing, and fire protection systems. The construction covers an area of 678 m² with a timeframe of maximum 8 months to complete. The project is managed by the UNODC under the supervision of the main contractor or representative and includes site installation, earthworks, foundation and elevation construction, and essential finishing works along with necessary equipment purchase for the dormitory.
