Objectives: The tender aims to provide resource mobilization consultancy services for the "Our Blue Future" (OBF) multi-stakeholder initiative in the Western Indian Ocean (WIO) region. The goal is to enhance coastal and ocean stewardship and accelerate the transition to an inclusive sustainable blue economy by developing a high-level resource mobilization strategy, clarifying governance, formulating engagement plans, supporting partners with resource mobilization, and establishing OBF's Service Portfolio. It seeks to build a collaborative system to address marine conservation and sustainable development challenges, supporting diverse stakeholders in the WIO region.
