Non-scheduled air-taxi transport services for passengers and their luggage

Objectives: The objective of this call for tender is the provision of services of non-scheduled transport of passengers and their luggage by chartered air taxi services (jet aircraft). This is to be done in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Regulations, the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union, the Guide to missions and authorised travel, the Code of Conduct for Commissioners, and the specifications set out in the procurement documents. These air-taxi services using chartered jets will cater for single or multiple destinations, possibly occurring over one or multiple days, and will be available to top officials such as the President or other members of the College of the European Commission.
