2. The Integrated Health Projects Administration Unit of the Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of Pharmaceutical Products. The description of the goods can be accessed upon request to msesay@mohsihpau.gov.sl). The goods are to be delivered within four months upon signing of the contract. The goods are to be delivered to the Government of Sierra Leone National Medical Store outlet at New England Ville. No margin of preference is applicable.

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Leones (Le 1,500) or equivalent in any freely convertible currency. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before Friday October 25, 2024, at 1:00pm. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted, and Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives (with written permission/authorization from bidders) and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Friday, October 25, 2024.
