Provide Baseline and Group Dynamics / Cooperative Business School Training for Youth and Women Under the Regenerative Jobs in Northern Ghana Project (Regen Jobs)

Objectives: The overall project objective is to improve the employment situation and working conditions of 1,200 people in the maize, sorghum, and soy value chains, with at least 50% youth and 40% females. The project aims to promote and develop these chains in the Upper West region of Ghana and provide micro-entrepreneurship opportunities to the local population. This effort is intended to foster sustainable employment-promoting growth and build economic resilience in Northern Ghana, as well as support the SME sector and enhance export opportunities through a cluster approach and collaboration with German and African companies.
