USAID “Support for Trade, Recovery Opportunities, and National Growth in Ukraine (STRONG UA) Activity”

Objectives: The purpose of the Support for Trade, Recovery Opportunities, and National Growth in Ukraine (STRONG UA) activity is to support Ukrainian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to invest in their recovery and growth, develop new market linkages, enhance innovation and competitiveness, and support a more conducive enabling environment to accelerate private sector growth during and after the war. The overarching objective is to achieve a significant increase in employment and revenue in partner SMEs, leading to economic growth and increased tax revenues. The activity will focus on enabling access to finance, mobilizing new co-investments, supporting new market linkages, enhancing innovation and competitiveness, and providing technical assistance for advocacy and transformation within the legal, policy, and regulatory environment.
