2800UGA-10133 – A framework contract for the development of master plans, detailed design, supervision of works and supplies for furniture and equipment for Education and Health institutions supported by Enabel in Uganda

Eligibility criteria: Eligibility criteria include a proven track record of at least two assignments of similar nature completed in the last three years with a contract value of at least 100,000 Euros in health and education institutional facilities. Additionally, tenderers must have a minimum average annual turnover of 120,000 Euros over the past three years, and provide CVs for key experts as outlined in the technical specifications, which include educational qualifications and relevant experience in the concerned fields. The framework agreement also encourages bidders to consider subcontractors, and adhere to local participatory regulations and international environmental and human rights standards.
