Capacity Development on Climate Finance for ASEAN

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to enhance the knowledge and capacity of ASEAN Member States (AMS) representatives in understanding and accessing climate finance. This includes assessing available climate finance sources, understanding policies and instruments to access climate finance, and sharing good practices in utilizing climate finance for regional collaboration. The initiative further aims to support capacity building for developing robust proposals for climate finance access, focusing on the Green Climate Fund (GCF) process and criteria for successful funding applications. The overall goal is to foster capacity development in climate finance management among AMS.
