Introduction

Economics of human mobility and its impact on human capital and inclusive growth in the Western Balkans
The objective of this Contract is to produce a set of comprehensive Report(s) on the development impact of human mobility on labour markets, human capital and skills mismatches in the Western Balkan countries and territories (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo[1], North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia). More specifically, the Report(s) is expected to provide recommendations for enhanced government policies, programs, institutional practices and services as well as programming recommendations for UNDP thatleverage the developmental potential of human mobility and human capital in implementation of the new Growth Plan, labour markets and skill development reforms to advance the twin green and digital agenda in the Western Balkans.
