Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), for the project "Metropolitan Development Program of the Municipality of Guatemala (PRODEME)", invites bidders to acquire "Heavy machinery services for the conservation and operation of the final disposal site (municipal landfill) of the Municipality of Guatemala" according to the general contractual conditions and requirements listed. The tender involves acquiring heavy machinery services for the conservation and operation of the final disposal site, including materials, tools, operators (skilled labor), and other necessary personnel, fuels, lubricants, equipment, and transport. Contracting will be through a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for at least 36 months (3 years), without sales volume obligations. Financial commitments are established each time machinery is used.
