Long Term Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning/GoL

Objectives: The underlying intervention for the Technical Assistance (TA) is to support the EU-Liberia partnership. The TA aims at facilitating the implementation of the EU cooperation with Liberia and strengthening its impact while reinforcing the partnership with the country. It will enable the EU to provide for Technical Assistance and support related to the implementation of the NDICI and remaining EDF projects through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP). One Long Term Technical Adviser (LTTA) will support the MFDP in the implementation of NDICI programmes/projects through various tasks including supporting dialogue coordination, contributing to ARREST Agendas, supporting organizational development, enhancing AMCU Office's capacity, identifying new programmes under the EU-Liberia Partnership, and addressing government ad-hoc requests related to this partnership. The LTTA will work under agreed terms, acting as an advisor and Team Leader with assistance from short-term experts for specific assignments where necessary.
