LOAN-3709 MON: Strengthening Information and Communication Technology Systems for Efficient and Transparent Public Investment and Tax Administration Project - CS-20 Program/software developer (51084-001)

Objectives: The Government of Mongolia signed a loan agreement with the Asian Development Bank to conduct the project 'Strengthening Information and Communication Technology Systems for Efficient and Transparent Public Investment and Tax Administration Project.' The main purpose of the project is to develop and enhance accountability and efficiency of public financial resource mobilization and management through improved information and communication technology (ICT), especially for tax administration and public investment management. The Public Investment Management Information System (PIMIS) design that consists of 9 main sub-systems was developed by the team of consultants under the project and is endorsed by the Ministry of Finance. The consultant to be recruited for the project will be working as a Consultants’ team member, which currently consists of seven consultants; and the objective is to deliver end-to-end product of public investment management information system to the Client, the Ministry of Finance.
