Objectives: The primary goal of this tender is to establish a framework agreement for the construction and refurbishment of One-Stop Border Posts (OSBPs), associated offices, and various buildings at trade and logistic inter-modal hub locations. This includes industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, cross-border markets, laboratories, and more. The initiative aims to enhance infrastructure, facilitate trade activities, and improve operational efficiency through the development of parking areas, road works, trade hub buildings, and mechanical and electrical systems. The objective also encompasses refurbishing existing structures to meet modern standards.
