Description:

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available.

This Solicitation is for the Cellphone Services for the Embassy of the United States of America in Manila, Philippines. This is a firm-fixed-price type contract.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year options, and one six-month option, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. 

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about end of November 2024.  The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.  

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
