Sustainable energy-focused district investment platform approach (Dutch Mission Cities Pilot Activity Support)

Objectives: This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to procure services to support cities in the NetZeroCities program, focusing on establishing a sustainable energy-focused district investment platform approach for Dutch Mission Cities, specifically Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven/Helmond, Groningen, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. Services include stakeholder engagement, business case development, cross-city learning facilitation, and investment platform establishment. The overarching goal is to accelerate stakeholder collaboration and lay a foundation for sustainable investment to facilitate energy transition projects at the district level.
