SC 123421 PHI: 2026 Comprehensive Review of ADB's Compensation and Benefits Policies

Objectives: The objective and Purpose of the assignment is to: Develop guiding principles for managing compensation and benefits which are aligned to Strategy 2030, establish comparator groups for setting levels of compensation and benefits against the appropriate market, define the target market position against these comparator groups, conduct a total remuneration benchmarking exercise to ascertain the current level of compensation and benefits at ADB compared to the market, and develop proposals for changes to compensation and benefits policies, programs and methodologies where appropriate, for consideration by management.
