Rede PPP 2.0: Foco na Avaliação de Parcerias Público-Privadas em Infraestrutura Econômica e Social

Objectives: The consulting services aim to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Special Secretariat of the Investment Partnerships Program (SEPPI) of the Presidency of the Republic in evaluating the performance of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) developed in Brazil with the support of the agency. The goal is to foster efficient, sustainable, fiscally responsible, and high socio-economic impact PPPs, attractive to the private sector. A pilot evaluation will generate recommendations at the project level and installed capacity level to identify concrete actions for strengthening SEPPI's institutional capacity in information management and project evaluation.
