Consultancy for Enhancing the Capacity of the Rice Millers Through Trainings in Best Practices in Ghana

Objectives: The Competitive African Rice Platform (CARP) of Ghana is committed to enhancing the capacity of rice millers in Ghana to improve the efficiency and quality of rice production. The capacity-building initiative aims to equip millers with the necessary skills and knowledge to optimize their operations, reduce post-harvest losses, and improve the quality of rice produced in Ghana. To achieve this, CARP Ghana seeks to engage an experienced trainer who will design and deliver a comprehensive training program tailored to the needs of Ghanaian rice millers. The training will enhance the agribusiness potential, milling technology skills, and quality control practices of rice millers, promote sustainable milling practices, and improve business management, marketing, and financial planning skills.
