Promotion of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Armenia

Objectives: The tender aims to promote private sector development and enhance Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) systems in Armenia, with a focus on implementing dual TVET systems similar to those in Germany in sectors like technology/IT, tourism, textiles, and wine. The objective is to foster a modern economy by improving the policy framework for both economic and vocational training, increasing cooperation between the private sector and educational institutions, and enhancing employment opportunities, including a special focus on promoting green and digital skills, and gender equality.
