Data Protection Advice, Consultancy and Related Services II

Objectives: The objectives of the tender are to assist the European Banking Authority (EBA) and other involved EU agencies in developing and strengthening their data protection capabilities. This includes providing advice and services to ensure compliance with data protection legislation, enhancing data privacy and protection measures, performing audits, conducting training, and preparing documentation. The services aim to support contracting authorities in implementing legal, technical, and organizational measures to adhere to data protection principles, such as lawfulness, fairness, transparency, accuracy, data minimization, and security of personal data processing.
