Services include site analysis, concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, tender, construction contract administration, commissioning, and post-construction services. The project involves constructing a new chancery, landscaping, and demolishing the current chancery. It will be executed through a design-bid-build approach, adhering to Canadian code standards, and may involve partnerships with local or Canadian firms.
