Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is to provide Janitorial Services to American Embassy Kuwait.  The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.  No subcontracting is allowed for any services listed in the janitorial services. All responsible, qualified sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.  Embassy Kuwait will synopsize the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available.

Interested offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
