Office Interior Refurbishment and Renovations At the University of Johannesburg

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to refurbish and renovate the office interiors at the University of Johannesburg to establish a UNDP timbuktoo University Innovation Pod (UniPod). The refurbishment is part of UNDP's initiative to advance innovation entrepreneurship in Africa, providing a space that is suitable to house prototyping and fabrication equipment and facilitate business development meetings and workshops. The aim is to enhance the university's research capabilities and innovation output, boost local manufacturing, create jobs, and connect academia with practical applications in Africa's tech startup ecosystem.
