US Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) – Senior Global Health Security Advisor, GS-14

Objectives: The Senior Global Health Security Advisor will oversee USAID/Uzbekistan's health portfolio with a focus on the Global Health Security mandate. Responsibilities include technical direction and strategic guidance to implementing partners and USAID staff, facilitating relationships with mid-to-senior-level counterparts, coordinating health security initiatives, acting as backup to the Health Office Director, and mentoring Health Development Office’s Program Management Specialists. The advisor also ensures investment in impactful health interventions and manages operational plans to achieve development results.
