  2. Signed declaration of undertaking (downloadable from AUDA-NEPAD website and attached as Annex 1 below);
  3. Curriculum Vitae (CV); and
  4. Proof of stated qualifications in the form of copies of the degrees obtained.

Failure to submit to any of the above documents will lead to exclusion from being evaluated further
