The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) would like to solicit quotations from qualified bidders for the Construction and Installation of PSA Oxygen Plants in Benguela Province, which will be financed through a grant from The Global Fund (GF).

Bidders shall notify the focal point 5 of days in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection and the details of their representatives who will attend.
The site inspection is:
☒ mandatory
Bidders will receive a signed site visit certificate to be attached to their offers.
Potential bidders must visit the sites in order to familiarize themselves with the location and characteristics of the site where the works are required. The visit will enable potential bidders to identify all site conditions, such as necessary availability local facilities, accessibility to the site, among others, in order to make a responsive bid accordingly.
The offer will be rejected if a site visit certificate is not attached.
