European Perspectives on Digital China (EPDC)

Objectives: Through this restricted call for tender, we are seeking a service provider to develop a network of European experts and researchers of diverse backgrounds, integrating technical expertise regarding China's digital and technological developments with an apt understanding of the geopolitical context. By studying the country's policies, progress, and strategic investments in digital technologies both domestically and internationally, this initiative aims to build knowledge, facilitate exchanges among European researchers and experts concerning China's role in this arena, and advise EU policymakers on future strategic decisions.
