Multiple Framework Contract for construction works in the Frontex HQ Premises

Objectives: This tender is aimed at establishing multiple Framework Contracts to provide execution of construction works at the Frontex HQ. The focus is on fit-out and reconstruction projects, including office renovations, improvements, refurbishments, and infrastructure works to adapt and improve Frontex's premises in Warsaw. This includes both minor maintenance tasks as well as large-scale projects exceeding EUR 143,000, subject to competition reopening procedures. The overall objective is to ensure the premises meet current and future requirements effectively and efficiently.
